Qualitative research dossier. No comprehensive numeric score or endorsement is assigned from these statements alone.

Inventory completeness is not policy-audit completeness. Missing evidence is unscored. Party platforms are not imputed to individuals.

Position and record comparison

Mary Peltola’s campaign foregrounds food, fisheries, high household costs, and opposition to political corruption. Incumbent Dan S. Sullivan emphasizes tax reductions, energy development, defense, and Alaska-specific federal investment. Alaska’s ranked-choice field also includes Gerald Heikes and Daniel J. Sullivan Jr.; the latter is a different person from the incumbent. Heather McElwain is reported as a Libertarian-associated write-in.

US Populists assessment

Test fisheries, food prices, rural health access, and energy proposals against their mechanisms and Alaska evidence. National P01/P03 establish concern, not an Alaska majority for a particular approach. Sullivan’s recorded vote on the 2025 law is distinct from Peltola’s current proposals. No primary-policy inference is made for the additional candidates.
