Inventory completeness is not policy-audit completeness. Missing evidence is unscored. Party platforms are not imputed to individuals.

Position and record comparison

In AARP’s questionnaire both Roy Cooper and Michael Whatley support protecting Social Security and caregiving assistance. Cooper proposes broader Medicare dental/vision/hearing and drug negotiation. Whatley emphasizes telehealth and rural funding. A senior tax deduction is not abolition of all tax on Social Security. Michael Dublin is the Green and Shannon Bray the Libertarian candidate.

US Populists assessment

These shared goals do not eliminate substantial delivery/funding differences. Expanded benefits need cost and provider capacity; telehealth does not replace every in-person service. P21/O04 require solvency detail. Assess Dublin and Bray on their individual proposals; do not substitute the former Green nominee or national platform.
